I used to work for Medtronic and the back orders were the worst I’ve ever experienced or even heard of in my 20+ year career. Having to deal with this daily was the main reason I left and haven’t regretted it. I feel your pain, if you do get the chance to leave I promise it’ll be one of the best choices you’ll ever make. The most unimpressive company imaginable. Absolutely nothing gets done.

I used to work for MDT over a year ago… what are you all telling customers/HCA at QE for their million dollar deals if everything is on BO? That’s crazy. BOs were bad then but this seems kinda crazy that everything mentioned above is nowhere in the DCs or on severe allocation restraints.
