PN, RP and DM had no idea of how to run a lab or what to do to keep sales on line. they lost all of the uslabs and dianon business not labcorp. That is why they put GG in charge they did not want a repeat of that disaster.

Has anybody at LCA or the miserable left overs at Genzyme ever wonder why their new name at Integrated Genetics ends with LLC? You usually only do this to limit the amount of liability that an entity can sue you for.

your an idiot, an LLC is one way to form a corporation, it's more flexible that a C-corp and is effective for the DBA scenario. All corporations limit personal or outside Liability unless the officers do something to pierce the corporate veil. they probably did this so they can pass the income through to LCA inc. The tax status will be defined in the incorporation documents. Maybe you should read it?
