General consensus on combined company

1) If Grifols has a plan, they better start being transparent.
2) After 9 months, Grifols knows nothing about TPR operations.
3) After 9 months, TPR knows nothing about Grifols.
4) After 9 months....neither platforms knows what PlasmaCare is or does.
5) Grifols Corporate is rude, unprofessional and some wear sweat pants to office.
6) TPR Centers in turmoil with no direction, expectations or communication.
7) Opening a museum in LA, but cutting pay for employees they just acquired.
8) PlasmaCare employees running platforms in TPR with no clue what they are doing.
9) Centers being asked to follow PC and BioMat SOP's when they are not licensed to do so.
10) 100's of center positions remain open while upper management bicker on cost.
11) Employees know nothing of future plans, and most at every level fear for their employment.
12) Cost cuts are unrealistic while Grifols spends cash flaunting the family name.
13) Morale is at an all time low across the entire company.
14) No meeting to discuss integration plans. Only a newsletter that placed executives on the front page to glorify their accomplishments. Now cancelled due to cost.
15) More interested in cutting dollars than compliance. This will catch up to them very soon when key experts leave them with no substitutes.

Grifols time is coming to fail at a faster rate than anyone expected.

It seems to me that Grifols is screwing this up every week with no end in sight. When once the organizations cared about their employees, we are now expendable and they are finding ways to let us go with no legal repercussions. Offering employees other positions without a pay scale or benefit package. Take it or leave mentality.

I for one feel this is a horrible company to work for. Many feel insignificant and work hard to produce, with no expectations other than, "do it". I feel we are now back in the depression age where I am lined up the gate to beg for work on the shipping docks.

If Grifols employees feel this is a good company to work for, you are very mistaken.

This is mostly spot on. Good post.
