Fun is my name You always look for me but I come when you least expect it.
Why is it that this company can only poach outside talent with existing relationships and is completely incapable of developing its own talent internally?
Too focused on crap that doesn’t matter like ecosystems and pronouns.
This is the impression I got when interviewing. Extreme focus on everything that isn't actually sales. So diverse though! *slow clap*
So far being in ophthalmology here sucks
Why? You have two new drugs
Really sad. Genentech use to be the very best in the industry. Hard to get hired and few left. Then, Roche took over and began the descent into mediocrity and failure. The real talent left, the rest were downsized, and the suck-ups remain. And don't forget the no-talent sociopaths who were hired to manage the decline. Pathetic company now. Bob and Herb would cry.

And an ecosystem model that holds Ophtha up from a truly successful launch. They will look back with regret…. They always have. It’s the Genentech Ophthamology way.
Launches were a complete failure. If you don’t have pull through, how do you instill confidence with offices if they can’t get paid? Millions of dollars of unpaid claims and payers still don’t have the right information in their system. Total joke and I blame this horrible model.
