Regeneron was also sued by the government a few years ago for offering kickbacks via Good Days as a means of boosting sales to eliminate co-pays to Medicare patients. Good Days settled the case.

I guess you must not have any PR groups in your territory asking why we didn’t donate. I don’t think the doctors care who does what, Eylea holds the number one spot in the marketplace. Let’s not act like we don’t know. Even our rebates are not gonna help us out of this one. So we give away free drug, that doesn’t help anyone’s sales.
Our company screwed us over and now we are the laughing stock of Retina.
