It is "best in industry" by far, created by brilliant consultants from the biggest firms and a very advanced HR department. The process boils down to: they ask you good questions, you give them pretty good (or excellent) answer - and then they make a decision to hire some they already had their mind set on. It's the GNE way.

Hard to say. Not sure many of us on here have Med Comm backgrounds.

While Genetech and J&J are obviously much different companies...here's a good article from the VP of Talent Aquisition at J&J. That said, I would imagine the process isn't much different.

Go look for folks on LinkedIN at Genetech with Med Comm experience...that might be a way to find out more.
