I’m one of the sites that they owe money to. Since they kept saying that the money is coming in a few weeks (since December 2020) instead of that they didn’t have it, I operated on the assumption that eventually we would be paid. Romark has destroyed my entire life and I will likely have to file for bankruptcy.
Missed 3 pay dates and counting. Feel sorry for the sites who didn't get paid and the employees who believed the lies and stayed. Romark is getting back what it has been putting out for some time. Believing they were above questions from the FDA, selling off label, lying to investors, and the list goes on. File bankruptcy and be upfront for once.

Can we get an update!? A lot of great people at Romark. Nobody is getting paid?? What is Celine saying? Are they telling people to hold tight or to start applying elsewhere?
Barely anyone left at the office to give an update on. They are closing the New Jersey Office and no one is getting paid.

Did Romark get new investment funding, or are you talking about the May funding?
In my opinion, MA and JFR have been lying to investors for years. It’s amazing there has not been a lawsuit or legal action against these frauds. The pattern is so clear if you watch close enough, any employee that caught on was fired. Anyone else think this?

Romark would bring absolutely nothing to a larger pharmaceutical company. They have nothing to offer anyone but lies.
Oct 01, 2021 Merck and Ridgeback enter alliance for covid-19 antiviral and seek EUA. Ridgeback cofounders indicate therapy covers all variants and reduces hospitalization by 50%. Ridgeback approached US government/Merck for funding in support of commercial capacity - chose Merck. Therapy is also being studied for influenza.
