Hahaha unbelievable! There is simply no way this is possible - everyone I spoke to were actually honest in their survey this time around. Everyone is fed up. KC definitely paid them off.

Totally manipulated and misleading! Gallup has a financial interest in these surveys, and they’re often used to reinforce a FALSE narrative the company wants you to believe. They’re also not confidential no matter what anyone tells you. Kevin loves these because they help him spin his bullshit…that the company is successful and its employees happy. The only ones happy here are the ones who also can use the constant misrepresentation to their benefit.

Also not a great place to work or a safe space for women… no survey results should be more important than hoping you don’t get groped by a drunk man at a sales meeting.

Look, not everyone here is in sales. Most of our colleagues in other departments enjoy a great work-life balance and earn enough to live comfortably in Madison. For many, the prestige of having “Exact Sciences” on their resume is a major draw—they’ll do almost anything for the clout.

But when it comes to our sales team, the reality is different. Frankly, most of our salespeople are pretty mediocre. In all honesty, many wouldn’t meet the bar at another company. It’s a tough pill to swallow, but that’s the truth.

Very curious what field you are in when you say “the prestige of having exact sciences on your resume” what prestige?!? This is all a narrative you’ve been fed. In most fields nobody knows Exact and those that do consider it to be a total joke. It’s a strike against us. I can’t tell you how many interviews I have done where the interviewers ask what Exact does. Many don’t know what cologuard is. Who are these supposed employees doing anything for the (nonexistent) clout? What clout?!? Give me a break. There are basically like 4-5 large-ish companies in Madison and none in the same industry. This entire statement about prestige and clout is laughable at best. Maybe you work in IT or some other department of useless idiots like CX where you are so grossly overpaid you make yourself believe this is true.

I am not in sales. I am in R&D (leadership), and Exact Sciences was my 5th company. Of all the companies that I've ever worked for, the WORST were Roche Molecular Systems (NOT Genentech), and Exact Sciences. Exact Sciences actually takes the cake in being a BONAFIDE cesspit. I don't know what 'prestige' you are talking about. Not ONE of your leaders is a known entity in the sciences.Exact Sciences is a place that has EXTREMELY over-promoted garbage across the board. Your Associate Directors would be NO MORE than a Scientist in any other 'reputed' organization. So on, so forth. Fools sit in leadership at Exact Sciences. And like the saying goes B players hire and promote C players. That is how you end up with SO MANY grossly over promoted JUNK at Exact Sciences.

I now work for a AAA credit rated mega corporation, a TRULY prestigious organization. One thing is for certain. I will NOT hire anybody from Exact Sciences. In this market, it is SO easy to find qualified individuals. Why would anybody hire junk from Exact Sciences.

This is true. Not too many know or care about what Exact Sciences does. There are many who lost their jobs at Exact Sciences (R&D), and are still waiting to find employment. So much for the clout. Even Guardant Health's R&D has better talent than Exact Sciences. Exact Sciences is a cesspool.
