Very curious what field you are in when you say “the prestige of having exact sciences on your resume” what prestige?!? This is all a narrative you’ve been fed. In most fields nobody knows Exact and those that do consider it to be a total joke. It’s a strike against us. I can’t tell you how many interviews I have done where the interviewers ask what Exact does. Many don’t know what cologuard is. Who are these supposed employees doing anything for the (nonexistent) clout? What clout?!? Give me a break. There are basically like 4-5 large-ish companies in Madison and none in the same industry. This entire statement about prestige and clout is laughable at best. I don't know what 'prestige' you are talking about. Not ONE of your leaders is a known entity in the sciences.Exact Sciences is a place that has EXTREMELY over-promoted garbage across the board. Your Associate Directors would be NO MORE than a Scientist in any other 'reputed' organization. So on, so forth. Fools sit in leadership at Exact Sciences. Even Guardant Health's R&D has better talent than Exact Sciences.
