The Galderma I knew is already 6 feet under. What is left is just a bunch of a$$holes who think they know something others don't. The reality is that this company is the joke in the industry. This thing is going to go down as one of the worst corporate failures.

They seem hell bent on modeling big pharma. We are small wannabe pharma with no future. That boat has sailed long ago.

comparing this place to big pharma is a joke to big pharma. No big pharma companies are making this many mistakes lol. They’re big for a reason

This place is a dumpster fire. Good people have left and when you look behind the curtain almost every function has had some type of layoff. This place has mature products in derm and aesthetics with nothing new in the pipeline. This place is a sinking ship with too many layers, too many processes.
