Time to Wake up! Have you not been reading the posts on this site for over the last 4 years? Constant changes ,company very reactionary to the market place - no forward thinking. More changes at the top from FF to Stu to TZ now yet another guy with no answers. All in the last 4 years. Yes we got back Foard but for the love of Pete they guy has had no real accomplishments before going over the pond sucks up to the brass for a few years and again no real accomplishments just running around with old power points from the US marketing group and now he is in charge of the Rx business unit? That lil clown can sure talk. Yet really says nothing. What prepared him to run this thing in the US in particular in this business climate? But just like everyone else. Rename groups to Business Units move people around or simply fire them and then pretend like you are making significant changes to move the business forward. Just because you move the deck chairs around on the Titanic the result is the same and it has been the same result for the last 4 years. Time to wake up and get moving to a real company with some real vision. Once the current crop or Rx products run out of patent it will be the end anyway and for the people trying to move market share. Nestle builds otc brands they are not a pharma company. Wake up!
He saw that SR was changing the way of leading Galderma, and TZ left with the first good offer. He was right, now SR gives more power to the GBUs even executions in the markets. Soon, we don't need Market Heads and GMs/BUHs will report to the GBUs directly. More people to leave the company soon...TZ was smart enough to bounce and get the hell out.
