What is the future like here? Is it true the older employees are being forced out for younger and cheaper employees.
Does upper management gets paid a bonus per headcount they kick out.

What the hell are you talking about? Source please. In the sales force I've seen nothing even close to this. The two most recent hires on our team are over 50.

The only thing you have to worry about here is career progression. Unless you have a vagina, are gay or lesbian, or a minority, this is the only way you can get promoted.
