Couldn’t agree more.
There are so many skillful, talented, competent people with true leadership qualities who people look upto and admire... and yes these are Asians! The only thing they don’t have is that they are not Caucasian or American or someone’s friend/relative which apparently is the only qualifying criteria for promotion in USDS (USPS lol)!

Exactly. They’ll promote a white woman married to an Asian Man. How about that Asian Man? Or Asian Woman? That’s the reason people want to move here is the supposed diversity. Guess what? The Bay Area has had a strong Asian community since the 1940’s. Yet with that strong presence , we still get over looked. There will be a time that we no longer support slave like companies that use our hard work and intellect!
 








EY is calling rest of the team as “toxic”. Isn’t it the LT that’s causing toxic environment? Sorry, but if the LT is not praise-worthy and if people question their abilities, their biased and wrongful behavior, the rest of the workforce becomes toxic!

The previous LT reports had to leave because one brave person stood up against some of them and then others followed on the abuse that was taking place. The previous LT too was given all the freedom in the world to hire/fire whoever they want, they too filled up positions with their favorites and incompetent people, they were going on trips not required and I am sure they also laundered money. EY shouldn't have let this happen as it was all happening under her nose and people in the past had escalated about that too.
However, the previous LT mess was cleaned up by some brave individuals and now filled up with other set of incompetent individuals who do not deserve to be on those posts. They did not earn those promotions, but just snatched it from those competent, strong and deserving individuals who worked hard to clean up the culture.
The current LT should be ashamed of stealing the limelight and opportunities from others.

I want to be very clear here. It is one thing to disagree with the LT's management decisions, but entirely a different matter to allege criminal behavior. Anyone alleging a crime without evidence is committing libel, and will be dealt with accordingly.

Threatening is a crime!
Just because you are in a position of power, the law doesn’t allow you to abuse people, their choices and their silence their legitimate concerns.
If you are fired, you are no one! Your position is as shallow as you are.
 








all emotions aside, what are your real issues with EY's leadership?
All of EY’s leadership is unqualified (May be except for 1) and have been positioned based on bias, friendships, American background and certain race (Caucasian). No background, no qualifying criteria, no experience. Anyone gets hired and anyone random gets promoted. There are some exceptional talents in the team with solid background, but won’t get the opportunity.
