Any Class Actions Still Active

There was a flurry of investor class actions announced when the bottom dropped out of the share price, but now all I see in my google search is the May (17th?) announcement that the company won one lawsuit and that there may be an appeal.

Does anyone know if this kills all the class action lawsuits, if there will in fact be an appeal, or anything else relevant to this.

Thanks.

Most, if not all, of the lawsuits were consolidated into the case that was tossed out in federal court. They can appeal but the judge seemed to eviscerate the core of the case. There is a derivatives suit still pending but it's in front of the same judge.
