No different in Marlow! Jersey are making all the decisions, and most of them are the wrong ones!
Ain't that the truth! Reality is though Jersey doesn't like us either. We have all been collected in our current ugly construct. Thought Pfizer would save us but alas it was not to be so Jersey will continue to take out their frustrations on us :(

You have been taken over by Forest Leadership (the term leadership used very lightly) and you will be shocked at the antiquated sales approach they use. POD systems, with most of them having over 4 reps calling on the same MD. They are told to close the MD, for the next 5 Rx's and move on to the next customer.

This is the direction you are dealing with. Forest management will literally tell you, they have it all figured out, we don't want to hear anything else. Sad but true. The funniest thing to listen to, is the brain washed, 3 year DMs, that will jump off a mountainside, if their great leaders tell them to do it.

It is simply some of the worst leadership (hard to use that description), you will ever see in the Pharmaceutical Industry. New Hires --- run away as fast as you can!!!!!!!!!
 




Sounded pretty spot on to me. How many times have you heard Legacy Forest Leadership say that they really had to do a lot to change the culture at Allergan? That they needed to bring a 'sense of urgency' to Allergan Employees? My RD said Allergan employees were in for quite a shock when they found out what it was going to be like working for the 'new company'.

Look at the number and percentage of people who were with the company last March but are no longer here. Those numbers would trend high to Allergan and Actavis folks NOT Forest folks

My manager and RD have repeatedly stated they are working on ways to make our territory smaller

Forest Specialty reps had/have quite a few (40%or more) Primary Care providers on their call panel.

These are all true statements that jive with what the above poster stated. Therefore, it must be assumed you are the Troll. Probably from Forest who would rather attack the messenger than the message. As proof I offer this entire thread.


"Culture change" is exactly what BS was threatening to do at Pfizer once he got on board. Rumor has it the Forest (aka Allergen) people were boasting about how efficient they were vs. Pfizer (code for 'you guys employ way too many people'). Well Brent, ain't gonna happen. Take your 'culture' and sweatshop mentality somewhere else. Oh, and how's that stock price going for you? Guess even Wall Street doesn't believe in you any more.

Let us not forget JD (John Deegan) who is currently attempting to run the south east region with his bullying tactics and absolutely no regard of management. He is the reason why this company will burn to the ground.

JD is a mere cog in the wheel. No RD is importent enough to be the reason the company "will burn to the ground." RD's today are glorified DM's. They have no real power or decision making ability. They have no input on marketing or sales strategies (tactics yes, strategies no). They are glorified field level HR personnel who make sure everyone follows directions and covers the company's tracks when a rep or DM goes rogue.

Sales management has become a joke. It's probably going to end with the government going after the company for false claims or promoting off indication. The only thing sales management cares about is staying on Senior Managements good side and staying ranked in the top half. By whatever means necessary. Ethics be damned.
 




Forest doesn't sell devices, never had, never will. Forest will ruin the very products that keep this new company alive ----if they try and force legacy Allergan to sell like PC reps in a PC structure.

'If they try....' Where have you been the last 12 months? That's all Forest knows so that's all that is permitted. No deviation allowed. There is no better way of doing things than the Forest way of doing things and only the 'best of the best' are capable of doing it The Forest Way. Don't believe me? Just ask your DM who is probably a Legacy Forest person. See what I mean? They have taken over!!!! Only the faithful and under ground resistance remain. 1 group sees unicorns rainbows and skittles.
