Being at this company is like entering the twilight zone. Everything is backwards. Senior leadership is horrible… They don’t follow Pharma guidelines, anti-kickback laws, nothing! Sure you do all the training, but on a day-to-day basis, it’s like do what you need to do to get the prescription and shame on you if you get caught, the pay is not good, the car allowance is horrible… I was losing money on the car. They expect you to pay for your own gas, rentals, insurance, maintenance, literally everything for a mere $500 a month plus $.19 a gallon. Ridiculous.!! You use your own credit card for expenses… God forbid you forget to expense something… That’s money you’re out. They micromanage, they track all your movements., and they make your life a living hell… I’m so glad I left. Literally, anything is better and working for that hellhole! Unless you’re desperate, no tenured professional should work here. Nobody should wake up in the morning, dreading the day ahead. South-central manager, SB, needs to be in jail. Her entire team has quit, but the company still keeps her, even though she broke every rule in the book and every law applicable to Pharma. Senior leadership is a big mafia who worked with one another at previous companies… I have no idea how this company is publicly traded. There’s a total of close to 200 employees only and nobody knows what the hell they’re doing. Leaving was the best decision I’ve ever made. What a miserable experience that was.
