This is not an easy sell, SP. This is the worst run company I have ever seen. This company is shrouded in arrogance and incompetence. Great product with the worst and most incompetent "leadership" team that I have ever seen. This company will not exist in 2025 due to incompetence

Interviewed here and i don’t know if they want me not to take job or the manager just hates his job. I have never been told so many negative things on interview. You won’t make much money, it’s a hard sell, coverage isn’t great, etc. manager took a call for 20 minutes during interview which was rude. He was racist, asked me if i had another job as well a side job.
steer clear from Bronx. Turnover is a lot after speaking to some reps there now. Upper management is horrible BEWARE

Jesus Christ this place is nosediving. Great product that is rotting on the vine with no new contract wins and inept leadership. I’m not sticking around for the ship to sink.

Parsons and all his minions don’t deserve even a minute of sound sleep. It’s not a hard sell, but when you do well and meet your goals for a quarter, it gets harder and harder making those goals the following quarters. Increase of attained volume or previous goal (whichever is higher) by 60% each quarter. At some point, even the most successful rep cannot make it anymore. There is close to a 90% turnover rate at this company… Between the unattainable goals and the unethical demoralizing leaders they hire, I would stay away.

The churn here is insanely high. For real who can possibly keep up with these astronomical quotas? People are leaving by the droves, those who can’t get piped and fired for failing to meet their unrealistic expectations.

I interviewed for this job and am SO glad I didn't get it. During my zoom interview, the manager took a call on her cell phone that lasted over 5 minutes (yes, I timed it.
Guess she doesn't have any manners, or else she completely disregarded my time.

Either way, I got a much better job offer than the crap she was promising.

manager for West is a clown. nobody on this team respects him. corporate brown-noser to the max, constantly throws his people under the bus. Completely incompetent as a leader.

Are we just going to sit here and pretend the leadership isn’t driving this place into the ground? We keep having to burn new providers all the time just to hit quota. Terrible copays and a miserable approval process. Copilot is hot garbage. The drug is okay but doesn’t really work much better than just switching the patient to bumex and/or combo therapy. The turnover here is sky high and morale is desperately low.

It varies by where you live. Some are $350 or so, others $525. Some may be higher. Because of stipend, mileage reimbursement is very low - $.20 - $.25/ mile. You don’t break even if you need repairs, tires, need to rent a car when yours is in the shop…. Read the above comments - all true except for positive ones written by Steve. Do not recommend this company unless you have no other choice.

Turnover is unlike any place I've seen. Constant revolving door. Hire and fire in the same year is the norm here

Being at this company is like entering the twilight zone. Everything is backwards. Senior leadership is horrible… They don’t follow Pharma guidelines, anti-kickback laws, nothing! Sure you do all the training, but on a day-to-day basis, it’s like do what you need to do to get the prescription and shame on you if you get caught, the pay is not good, the car allowance is horrible… I was losing money on the car. They expect you to pay for your own gas, rentals, insurance, maintenance, literally everything for a mere $500 a month plus $.19 a gallon. Ridiculous.!! You use your own credit card for expenses… God forbid you forget to expense something… That’s money you’re out. They micromanage, they track all your movements., and they make your life a living hell… I’m so glad I left. Literally, anything is better and working for that hellhole! Unless you’re desperate, no tenured professional should work here. Nobody should wake up in the morning, dreading the day ahead. South-central manager, SB, needs to be in jail. Her entire team has quit, but the company still keeps her, even though she broke every rule in the book and every law applicable to Pharma. Senior leadership is a big mafia who worked with one another at previous companies… I have no idea how this company is publicly traded. There’s a total of close to 200 employees only and nobody knows what the hell they’re doing. Leaving was the best decision I’ve ever made. What a miserable experience that was.

LOL! It’s not always greener on the other side. A lot of companies are shady. The pay is decent by the way, but you’re right about the car allowance. My poor car has been taking a beating and what they are paying is not enough… For the car that is.

You are right about SB. I heard somebody in Florida sued her and 1 and her entire team testified against her but they all pretty much left and she’s still there. my manager is OK, but he thinks that she is crazy as well. She’s kind of creepy looking.

It’s not a bad job. I think it’s better than big Pharma. I think if they remove a few of the bad seeds, things would improve big time

So reps don’t get a company gas card and have to pay for your own gas? That’s the craziest thing ever. What about company credit card? And do they really track your start and stops on the mileage app?

Correct-no company car, no gas card, no corporate card. All is on your personal accounts and then reimbursed. They use Motus to track mileage because it’s not a company car and you are reimbursed on a per mile basis.
