Whats wrong with entire team and performance in NE? Why and how is j Staak still in rm role ? No leadership skills and without mentorship and training not ever going to be successful manager. Time to look outside ft Ceva or go back to chasing fleas and ticks around Ct. There is not a rep left who is not looking to leave.

You might make a great buggy whip, but what does it matter when the car was invented?

I don't need a sales manager telling me "Screw the car... the car is new and un-proven. What the world needs is more horse drawn buggies and therefore the world needs more buggy whips!"

I need a sales manager who says "The car has been invented, and each car sold makes it harder to sell buggy whips. This is going to be a challenge. What we need to do is go out there and find the people that still have a horse drawn buggy and we need to the THE ONE AND ONLY choice for their buggy whips."

A 20% growth in whip sales isn't going to happen in a world full of cars. Get it through your thick skull.

How do Ceva's products compare to other products in animal health?
 












I would love to work for Ft. CEVA, I think they have all the right people in place, they will achieve #5 Animal Health Organization by 2020. I hope I am there to celebrate with CW, JM, SH, DK, and all the great leadership team.
