I thought Stacy did a great job showing patience ! Thank God we have new tactics. Totally think it is completely unfair to be hard on SC. I think she is awesome, fearless, smart, and dynamic. Just what we need.

OH YEAH
this is what we need. Instead of helping us stock pharmacies, they offered stupid web programs and monitoring how often we used the stupid patient profiles.

I agree, the biggest problem we have is not stocking or marketing . It is wining, negative reps who blame everyone else except themselves for their lack of success. I have a lot of Rx and had to earn every single one. Then there are losers on my team who complain about everything. LOOK IN THE MIRROR! THERE IS YOUR PROBLEM!!

i agree, too many whiners. people that can't generate scripts don't a have a right to complain.

at the same time leadership is bad here. how is sc still here? time for her to go. too many false promises, lack of follow up, poor communication, can't lead, high turnover.....I can go on.

they can't afford to keep this ship afloat. if xxr was a failure then why would the next product be any different. they either know a buyout is in the short term or they will have a lay off.
something has to happen to keep the lights on at this shit show.

Not always. I have lost a lot of prescriptions due to pharmacists refusing to order with a script right in front of them, telling the patient it wasn't covered (it was), and prior auths that weren't expected. My total prescriptions actually written and not filled due to things out of my control are numerous. Not whining, but the truth.
