Frequency of lunch question

Lunches, according to policy, are supposed to be infrequent so it won’t look like we are trying to bribe doctors. What does your company define infrequent as? Example, Is it no more than once a month, every other month, ect...

1X a month is the rule, and that is industry standard.

If you are doing more than this, you are a toolbox, and your company is a toolbox.

Once per month. If a morning coffee, twice per month is normal particularly if a bigger office and you are trying to see other providers.

A friend of mine is only allowed to take doctors out 1/month but she usually brings them gifts
