Too bad there are so many racist managers. I know a few that got rid of so many black people. You would think they would learn by now. Merck is primarily white. Merck is not diversified enough.

Typical. When some people speak of diversity, of course they mean "black." It would never occur to some people---blacks, maybe?---that diverse means other than black. How original for a black person to claim racism. To have a black person who never, ever talked about racism.... well, that would truly be diversity. BTW, why do I say "black" instead of "African-American"? Because I'm not sure how Libyans and Egyptians feel about blacks laying claim to an entire continent.

Most of us are at CSO's, as big pharma will not touch are previous "outlandish" salaries. You will not find us updating our Linked In acct's as we are too embarassed to say we work for Quintiles, PDI, Cardinal, Ventiv etc........For those not at a CSO, severance is gone and mama has to go find part time work in the a.m. while the kids are in school.

DM or RD? Seems almost impossible to reach at mother anymore. If CSO pay managers a SER salary may be worth looking.
