If they ask for proof as to why she deserves it, she should tell them that it is included in the smoothed data from Data Integrity. After all what's good for the goose...

How do you know that she had any knowledge that the first check was a mistake? After 60 days, the stop payment period ends.

She might have been entitled to the money and Pfizer decided to retaliate for some reason. Would not be the first time that East 42nd Street slime did that.

I know too many people who were lied to or cheated out of money by them.

Until we see the evidence come out in a trial, I am with the employee on this one. If Pfizer was that careless with that amount of money, it's liquidated damages and they lose.

I seriously doubt there is a "liquidated damages" clause in the severance agreement. Also, never in the history of America does a liquidated damages clause allow for treble damages like she's trying to keep.

Get a clue.
 




Inproper Enrichment ????? yeah right !!!!! What about the kast two CEOs and thier inproper enrichment for running the company into the ground. Ask McKinnell about how many MILLIONS he received for what ?? profits down, stock price down and ineffective leadership.

Ask Kindler about how under his leadership Pfizer had to wire the federal goverment a 2.3 Billion dollar fine as the federal goverment labeled Pfizer a criminal enterprise ! How many Millions did he get for inproper enrichment!! How about all the big wigs that had inproper enrichment through personal use of the Pfizer helicopter fleet. let's go through all the Pfizer big whigs expense accounts and see if there was any inproper personal enrichment through in appropriate expenses.

I hope this lawyer fights back and makes Pfizer turn over lots of records and other embarrassing data!!

Also, who is checking all the severence checks !!!!!! such screw ups!

They sent her a letter 60 days after the mistake. She ignored repeated attempts to contact her. Very unethical. What a gross person she is.

She is exactly the kind of person that Pfizer Management loves. Given this display of management behavior (it's all about ME), Pfizer should re-hire her and send her to "Training" where she can pass on this skill to others.
