Do you know whether it was common to push Lucentis for off-label use (something other than wet macular degeneration?) in the eye in 2008 or at any time? Did doctors use Lucentis (or Avastin) for something other than early wet macular degeneration? (I know Avastin is commonly used off label for wet macular degeneration, but probably not pushed by reps) Were there incentives given to ophthalmology offices to to use Lucentis in patients? Was giving the drug to people who weren't in early stages of wet macular degeneration common? tx, K
