I agree. Funny that Forest expects us to get Teflaro sold empirically first line when ceftriaxone and vancomycin are a fraction of the cost. Sure, hospitals are all broke but a "great" salesperson can overcome this objection and get it available empirically at all their hospitals. Oh, unless you sell it for bacteremia, endocarditis and osteomyelitis and mrsa pneumonia versus dapto, zyvox, etc. wink wink.
