This CB twit always wants the last word. The more you post the more Esperion looks awful. Too many people had the same scenario. This was a deceitful process. No other interviews have managers go in undercover to extract information pretending two be a rep sitting next to candidates. Your management are supposed to be experts. Isn't this why they were hired because of their track record of success in the lipid market? How come the regionals I talked to were clueless on market, managed care criteria? Isn't this the Lipid Company. Sorry CB the posts are just getting warmed up. Whatever goes around comes around . It will only get worse CB. When you screw over this many reps you and your band of degenerates will pay the price. Who ever works for CB,TW or any other empty suit will be moving on the first chance they get.

2. Can we have a pdf of your last 2 years of performance evaluations?
3. What VP awards have you won in the past 5 years?
4. Were you in the top 10-15%

My rankings and evaluations were fine. I wasnt forced to leave but instead was pursued by Esperion. After doing my research I discovered how great this place could be to work. The Lipid Company. Yes, one drug. With outcomes coming. We'd rather be great at selling one drug than mediocre selling an entire portfolio.

I really think it looks poorly on you to post such vitriol because you weren't hired. It makes one look bad. We hired the best we could. We felt we didnt need to play Cadillac prices for Fords. Our launch will be record setting. Have you seen the investor estimates? We and my team will not be detoured by those trying to poison the well. Don't let the negative get to you team. We will succeed! In a big way!

He was very weak . Worked there an knew him. I know people on his team and they are nervous . Funny how at training there telling people not to look at cafepharma about shrinking stock, the level of dishonesty in interviews with the note takers and wanting business plans etc. This company is in trouble and people I know there already have feelers out. This isn't what they signed up for . When have you ever been asked by your employer in your career to not look at cafepharma??? What tools. Tim in Florida was just pulled off a used car parking lot in Bartow Florida before he got this gig. It was Esperion or the Phosphate mounds in Bartow.

I was told at my previous company that if we got caught reading CP it was grounds for dismissal. No joke. We didnt' even joke around about it with our managers-we couldn't. Certainly not on company computer, but they had us all nervous about even personal computers in the home.

Do tell us what you know about CB. I dont know about is past, but i do know he strung some guys out big time
 






That goes without saying not to post on company computers. This doesn't dispute that this company is in trouble and the managers paranoid about cafepharma as they know their backgrounds are weak and they run dishonest interview practices that will keep reps away and recruiters. On top of the stock dropping as quick as a barrel going over Niagara Falls. Run from this company!!! Current hires are working on plan B as we speak.

My friend works there and said some of them are posting on CP for their own enjoyment watching management squirm. There going through the motions looking engaged but internally laughing at Esperion. Wait to see them text during meetings . You know CB and greasy TW squirm knowing their teams are thing their turds and not competent. Checkout that stock today boys!!! Down again. Sell sell sell short short short!!
 






I made such a mistake coming here. This is my first startup and never again. Everything is loose without much direction. Training has been a joke. Lots of big talk and no follow through. The non-compete is the only thing they put bv time and effort into to put fear in people. I know they screwed many people at these interviews but now you can see they thought there would be no blowback. They even admit they wanted to extract info from people and tell them they were a shoe in. I'm starting to see this shady behavior now moving ffg forward with this outfit. This won't be
a good fit. Three of my teammates are actively looking as they needed the job. I left a job to come here. Big mistake so far and am in contact with previous employer to go back.
 










































Yes the worst. Had been unemployed. Very sloppy guy, dresses for shit and a master manipulator. First class liar also. Very dishonest throughout the interview and hire process. Hired many reps who were ranked low and no place close to quota in their last jobs. Esperion is getting everything it deserves. Now today on Wall St the stock was downgraded again. You would think after Europe approval the stock would be in better shape. Early stock projections and what Esperion would do in 2020 were completely fabricated and way off. Company is in trouble and with people like TW and CB what else could go wrong.
