Stay away! Don't interview as this is a bad person who is a master manipulator. 1 year from now his entire team will be gone . You've been warned. Zero experience and in over his head. Really the whole package in the douche category. His team has no idea what they just got themselves into. Wait until sales are flat he's on hotseat. Thanks for the memories!

He's the least of the problems. Word out in industry to stay away. Management was awful in interviews and totally used me big time for information. And the non- compete is a joke. Their lack of transparancy will be their downfall. Plus they won't have enough money to fight the non-competes.
There's no buzz on market on this. TW will once again be unemployed for another long period.

Me too. I'll never forget this interview. I felt like I was interviewing for my first paper route. Completely bizarre and almost Scientology like . Being arrogant, thinking every rep not hired was inferior and other companies as sub-standard. Sure felt like a cult. The Regionals wild eyed talking about this drug like it cured herpes or something. The only thing missing was Tom Cruise being there.

Hahahahahahahaha!!! Best post. Lmaooooo. I’ve found the more arrogant and confident someone is on the exterior, they’re usually hiding something very very very ... evil, if you will.

It was a bizarre interview experience. Agreed it felt cult like. Are these managers brain washed? I thought it was some sort of joke and I was on a hidden camera reality show. Something very wrong with this place. Twilight Zone !!!!

The answer to your question is no, we were not brain washed. We have been tasked with hiring the best teams possible. Just because you more senior experienced reps didnt land the job, you feel its your responsibility to get on CP and trash this great new biotech company. You over estimate your worth. We can do the same thing, or maybe even better, with a younger rep wanting to work hard, develop long term relationships, and have high energy, hoping for promotions in their career.

Nothing bizarre about interviewing process. Its like this everywhere. Big deal, we pulled local information from more veteran reps and will use it for our purposes. So what? You do the same damn thing every single day you work. Its called field intelligence, and you/we all use it to our advantage.

Our team is great. All-star, and many top tier performers. We are awaiting very excellent news tomorrow. Then providers will definitely get a feel for why we are the lipid company, the true lipid experts. Our teams are training as we speak, and will be the best trained professionals in the industry. I've already heard fairly outrageous comments coming from the home office on the quality of people we've hired.

Team-stay focused! We will win! And we will win big!

Delusional!!!! Bhahahaha. Cult Clown ! The entire industry is talking about you...and not "the lipid company" more like the unethical, unprofessional, brainwashed clowns ! Next year this time you will be looking yet again for a new job. Most of the reps wouldn't have even applied had they not got layed off. Most are looking for jobs while they collect a paycheck. Lol ! Thats reality buddy . Good luck y'all you are going to need it with your $300 generic Zetia ! FYI doctors don't like Zetia so why would they use $300 Zetia with no outcomes and small reductions in LDL compared to new products with outcomes and huge reductions.!?PCSK9 and the new lipid drug coming this year is like driving a caddy your fixing a ford ! Your the type of drug that doctor ignored! Byeeeeee !

There's panic in this company. Look at all these threads with Esperion management responding like clockwork to every post that everything is fine. Most senior management in major companies could give a shit about what's said on CP. But not these guys. Terrified the dream team will read these!! Dude 80% of people are actively looking but going through the motions with your so called virtual training. That says volumes that you can't budget bringing people to Ann Arbor in a corporate setting and get to know them, team build , have group dinners with regions. But as they sit at home in their underwear clicking away on a computer screen with their Fritos stained fingers its truly a joke of training. Gas on!!

Not if it's a pharma rep. It's only a matter time before they figure out the punchline to this joke.

There is not panic. There is 100% confidence in what we're doing and what we will do in the market. My guess is that most posts are coming from a few individuals who feel slighted they didn't get the job because of their over-inflated worth. I've talked to my team and everyone is engaged in training. In fact, all they really want to do is get out and start selling! We will have plenty of group dinners in Arizona. Team build? You mean we have to waste money on having meetings that are useless? You have a problem with virtual training. This is 2020, not 1995. Technology is awesome and in this case gets us what we need in terms of training, and cuts the wasteful expense of bringing everyone to the home office, paying for flights, hotels, meals, etc.

This is why you were passed up. You are behind the times. Please be accurate in your posts in CP. Be fair. Be honest. We are going to do extremely well and the bonuses will be outrageous.

This dork is totally outrageous. Why are you so concerned on what experienced successful reps say about Esperion. Your team isn't engaged. Two have told me personally the training sucks. Has a real Enterprise Rental Car training program feel to it. They know there walking into the Lions Den shortly when they start getting their asses handed to them with this half- assed Zetia knockoff. Stick to managing your dream dream and filling the openings still out there. Get used to interviewing more as it will be a revolving door of reps coming to this shitshow. Big deal your doing virtual training. We've been doing that for 8 years dude. Just face it , you don't have the funds to put people up in Motel 6 and be able to take people to dinner at Applebees. All of these managers failed at other companies and 75% were unemployed when hired. Nothing impressive at Esperion. The stock is going down like shit through a goose.

The Lipid Company!!!!! Great data!!! I've talked to my team!!. Paranoid for sure. This company is a cult!! Creepy stuff. Is Tom Cruise and Travolta investors ???How are the virtual team dinners going??Don't worry everyone TW and L Ron Hubbard have a plan of success. Were in good hands.

The interview was 3 wasted days for me. Honestly I've never seen such a strange interview process. I needed the job but was passed over despite my experience and success in lipid market. Looking back not bitter but wished the process was more transparent. 100% there interest in me was for business plans, top 10 docs, managed care information, docs who will prescribe new therapies etc.. wanted my lunch schedules which implies they could could call those offices and schedule their lunches with new rep. Well done. I knew I had been played 10 minutes after interview. I would suggest people really look at this company differently as we all know pharma companies pull stuff on us all the time with manipulating sales data, changing bonus plans, pointing fingers etc. The regional I interviewed with insisted I was a lead candidate even then asking for more information on my territory before I went to final. I wish everyone best of luck and hope the deceit level I experienced won't be a part of day to day business at Esperion. Again, not bitter.. just disappointed I went to a final just for information.

"I went to a final just for information."

This is precisely what I'm talking about. You went for information. We interviewed for information. What's the difference? Our company has been mis-aligned on CP for extracting valuable information needed for one of the most successful cholesterol drug launches in history. You do it. Others do it. We do it. So what? How else are launches run? Please don't compare them to big pharma launches which have a full sales force in place. We had none and needed to move quickly. Very different scenario.

I've noticed the shear number and temperament of angst has subsided a bit over the last little bit. Hopefully others have moved on and are getting tired of posting nonsense and realize there are better things to do than to post on CP about a drug they really wanted to be a part of. For you older and over-priced reps, theres still lots of jobs out here. But, you won't get what you're asking. Good luck to you all. We will have a kick ass launch at the Biltmore.
