FLL’s First Line Losers. Who is the worst FLL in the VBU?

Always amusing coming back to check in on the GSK world on cafe pharma.. myself and countless others left the VBU last year and the year before due to the pure insanity amongst leadership and ways of working. I have friends that left for tech, AZ, Amgen, Novartis, JJ, you name it. EVERY single one of these individuals is much happier than they were at GSK. At my current company when we have conference calls and someone mentions GSK (due to it having a competitive product) people cringe and discuss what a horrible place it is. This is a view that is held widely across the entire medical industry. My hopes is the everyone posting on here does something to change their situation, like myself and countless other did, so that you can prosper both mentally, physically and financially. GSK is a TOXIC organization. Quit putting the poison in your systems. Do it for yourself, do it for your families, do it because you have dignity. Best of luck to you all.
 












JIM HARBOUR - this guy is sick and miserable. He brought his brother-in-law to work @GSK at a time when all other hires were through Syneos. He even phoned ViiV manager to get his brother-in-law for an Account Manager’s position but she was smart and did not listen to him and hired someone deserving. This guy mad life ‘hell’ for a STAR sales rep and told his obedient FLL to force this great rep out. MISERABLE- Harbour. GSK should fire him for favoritism.

Teran in Montana seems like a good manager.

Camille ruined the region with her B.S. tactics.

You have to understand Montana is a fantasyland for vaccine reps and their managers like Teran. There was a time not that long ago when Sanofi didn't even have vaccine reps in Montana.
 


















Sophie Liebermann is the worst manger I've met. So self serving and lack of business IQ together with no self awareness makes her the worst. Her reps kiss her ass to get good reviews and that tactic actually works for her favorite reps. She should be outed and either demoted or fired.
