FLIPT

I have been filling many of my scripts with good rx coupons - less expensive than Flipt. Why are we paying for prescription coverage when a free third party coupon costs us less?

Exactly. My branded prescription is normally $50 a month. Went to pick up my January prescription and it was $230 out of pocket. That was WITH the co-pay card. No generic available in this class so I paid the $230. Granted, I will meet the $300 annual prescription deductible fast but still. Ouch.

Not amazing at all. This is a horrible change. To suggest on the call that we shop around for better pricing, here is my question: should we do that on company time? Also to suggest that we stop voicing our concerns and move forward……what is the purpose of pigeonhole? If Novartis doesn’t want to LISTEN to the people, get rid of pigeonhole. If Novartis wants to build a better culture, LISTEN to the people.

When are you going to learn and what's it going to take to make you realize that Novartis doesn't give a crap about you? At this point, with the disaster launch, they're probably screwing us all over on purpose just to incentivize people to quit.

I have to wonder if that’s true. Top questions were all about how they are saving money by taking it away from sales……every single question.

Spouse went to fill a Rx last week. Some how paying full cash price was cheaper than using Flipt. Laughable how bad this drug plan is for a company that brags about what a great place to work this is and their record sales/profits. While messing over their employees.

It does seem that way. There are a few of us who are looking elsewhere. We don’t want to be around and fall victim to the huge pay-cut meaning no Leqvio bonus. Buy&bill with other companies pays much better and the offices have systems in place because they are familiar with it. The arrogance of Novartis to think that cardiology is going to change the way they acquire a drug, take a financial risk, that simply lowers LDL is comical. Now tell me I’m wrong. You won’t and you cant. Sure physicians are impressed with twice a year dosing but when they hear the options of how to get it, that’s another story.
Keep in mind if and when an office decides to to face the battle of acquiring Leqvio, they are going to have to go they the whole process with each injection. This is the truth and nothing but the truth!
