I know, right? How dare this company give me a free car with free gas, etc and I can use it for personal. Such BS. And the only thing I have to pay is income tax on any personal use, which I will fudge the numbers anyway.

It’s about industry norms & the fact BI is not competitive in attaining or retaining talent. If people are upset about limited car choice it is most likely straw that broke camels back.

The Suburu is the only car you need. Totally drip & plenty of room to upgrade the factory stereo system with some subs in the back.
Bought out my last one for the honey & she rolls just fine.
No one should complain about the car you being given-
Ain’t no micromanaging folks in this neck of the woods- my manager just emails me saying they worked with me after going to lunch & hitting the craps tables. Best place ever to work
