Fixed Duration Representatives

An FDE here.

69K for PC is the Highest with 18K bonus target. I'm over so I will be in the 90's with Ownership CVM and 105% to plan.

Most reps with less that 5 years are in the 63K range and new hires are 53-58K.

$90 for cell and about $650 for car on FAVR if you drive a lot. Or you pay 150$ a month.

Kind of a moot point because we are all gone soon now that we know about Soli not passing FDA. By definition we are the first to go.

DO NOT take this job. You will learn that you are NOT treated the same. Subtle ways of being managed differently. You are whipped to perform, not developed. I work 10+ hours a day while my full time long termers are on vacation most of the summer. You will get champ roles no one wants.

RUN AWAY!!!!

Thank you for your honest post. I do appreciate it. Do you guys get raises like everyone else?

If it takes you 10 hours a day to do this job, you should be in another profession.
Tighten up that routing and stop zig-zagging all over that giant territory you must have...

I am not the rep you are talking to, but 10 hour days are not unusual - especially for a large geography. And sometimes you have to "zig-zag" as you put it because of the hours that reps can see the physicians. We have to follow their schedule. We don't decide their availability.

Keep on dreaming. No raises last year due to financial difficulties. Again, not the first time they've done this. Probably no raises this year either. Especially with the continued announcements of failed studies and future products.

There are no FDE's getting FTE status. Men's Health are gone and so are Oncology FDE's.

I'm telling you that on September 12, JL is announcing cuts and FDE's are BY DEFINITION the first to go.

Please listen to me or you will be behind me and every other proactive FDE in the job pool.

We are gone!!!

Next wave is Diabetes FDE's and next is Neuro. We are ALL walking away with nothing.

What ever happened to the term "rent-a-rep"? That is much more honest and more descriptive than the term "Fixed Duration Representative".

Does it say "Fixed Duration Representative" on your Lilly business card?

Yep.

MSK is gone. Unless Evista can support a sales force (ha!).

Once a month my MSK rep is in territory forcing me to reroute and start all over again with messaging for QD. Very inefficient and even more ineffective.

Confuses clients because my customers who I see weekly wonder who this other dude is. I used to get calls to make sure I was stil with Lilly.

They might kep the best ones for the new "Primary Care" sales force being anounced soon.

Possible...but don't kid yourself. E makes more in 1 year than A does in 5.
