I agree we have never seen such a substandard operation. Treating the employees like a commodity. Unfortunately this is another employer who doesn't think highly of employees and treats them as liabilities instead of the assets they are.

pretty cool that he divided the company...but the board failed to reduce his salary commensurate with his new responsibilities.

How low does that stock have to go? Guess you will have to wait and see.

Agreed. They should reduce his salary by half and the same should go for that other CEO with no degree. No one raised my salary when they doubled my workload by cutting some other employees. Seems this is a sham operation.

Right all you do is fill up the board with your buddies and then your buddies put you on the board of there company and you make even more money. What a concept.

The reason they don't bounce him is that they're still making money. The reason they're still making money is that they cut costs by chopping heads. Now that they've chopped so many at AV that they're virtually dysfunctional and touting that AV is a "drag" on the overall organization, he drops $3 million picking up yet another company so he can keep the $$ coming in. It's just a shell game to him and to them.

We need some undercover investigations where we tipoff the FDA to the current fraud going on. Tell them about the IT servers with data they want to see and were told they didn't exist.
