But OI is "the most ethical company in the industry". There is no way they wouldn't have known about this. If the tissue was returned due to expiration there surely would have been credits issued? It's not the accounts fault that the patient didn't show up or the product has a short expiration. Yeah right, OI tells accounts to pound sand and eat it.
 






Haaaaa Pay the hospital 357,000????

They are so far behind with several creditors right now so how they gonna pay out that one?

My checks still clear so far this month but D-day is coming for OI. I got interview next week to get the hell out of this hole.



Case is not closed - You will see that most of the grafts were shipped back to Canton to be destroyed for being within 10 days of expiration. I am not sure why OI did not say anything to the press about this but shipping records will be the nail in the coffin for OI.

Nothing was stolen, just unauthorized removal of product from the hospital.

The end result will be : OI will send out a check to the hospital for $357,000
