Dan - selling the company for less than the debt you ran up is no major feat... it is better to bilk the company along the way and sell the sign out front or actually build something and sell that.... your payout would have been a lot higher if you built something....

deal is done when the check clears boyz. Sonic U.S. likely to keep management for the first year with no Pathology experience internally. The only advice I will give is we run the P&L, and results are all that matter. Get some sleep and strap in for a fun ride.
