I have a very good friend that works for Takeda as a primary care rep. He told me last night that they will not promote Colcrys until next month. I have a very sick feeling that we are going to stick this contract out for another thirty or sixty day to avoid the so-called payout that every manager told us.
 






It would make sense that we co-promoted for a short period, our Doctors are not excited about the gout market being dominated. If Takeda "used" us for a month or two then wouldn't Takeda have to sign a contract with Quintiles? Everyone just be careful and remember the Takeda reps are threatened by us. They are scared their jobs are in jeopardy due to the loss of Actos and Alogliptin not getting FDA stamp. The are anticipating another RIF and when it comes to $ we know how ugly it can get.

Speculation? The day Takeda owns Colcrys is the day the contract with URL would be over?
 












Did you all notice the message that the "The meeting organizer has chosen not to receive responses for this update. Select your response in order to update your calendar"? The meeting organizer does not want to be the recipient of the recipients' anger....
 






Anyone else feel like the wind has been sucked out of their sails? It has been a true pleasure working with the Colcrys team across the Nation. You all rock! Wish it could have lasted longer but I hope all of you find secure jobs and aren't hurt financially by all of this. Good luck everyone!
