The meeting was good in many ways. We all appreciated the great accommodations, good use of time, efficient breaks and down time. I only wish they would address the unfair ranking report and how certain representatives absorbed extra accounts with an unfair advantage.
 












they need to take a look at this problem; everyone judges each other based on this ranking; it affects morale and who wants a company with low morale? can't increase sales when you don't have the support of your reps!
 


















HR break outs asked what else do you want to discuss? TALK TO YOU ANY HR person about this. It's a welcomed conversation and they want to know if you are impacted in the rankings. We did in our session and I am so glad for the guy who spoke up. We all chimed in....except for the people who are benefitting. It was the first time since all this happened I could look at them and smile. But seriously, you have to figure out how you are directly impacted and bring some answers how you would do it different.

We are small enough company that we can request change and make it happen. TALK TO AN HR PERSON ABOUT THIS TODAY.

Many were scared to say anything to HR. I hope your comments are truly taken and they make changes. At this point, it is very unfair and shouldnt be up to the rep to say it. They already know it is unfair. If nothing else, they need to reevaluate these territories based on potential etc. How can some of these territories compete with people that acquired several extra hospitals or territories like Manhatten or UPMC with massive amounts of patients. Nothing against any of these reps, but it is very difficult to be compared to that.

Get over it already??? I guess we shouldn't care about potential money lost for our families. I guess we shouldn't care that despite working our tails off, others our gifted extra accounts and thereby increasing their ranking and wallets. I guess we shouldn't care about how some reps are highlighted and rewarded for doing nothing. It doesn't matter to a manager, because that total team % goes in their pocket anyway! When you get screwed someday, you'll wonder why someone says to you "Just get over it already!"

Well, name call all you want, but other prospective companies seriously look at those rankings whether we all agree they are BS or not. It can mean the difference in getting a job or the very least negotiating a better base with a new company. As it stands right now, those rankings are completely inaccurate and unfair but how will you explain that to a companyyou are interviewing with? It is a slap in the face tote salesforce.
 






Its also the timing when these gifted accounts happened. At the beginning of this year, we all had most of our supporting accounts. What was left were the difficult accounts. So when these gifted accounts were given, it was perfect timing for those reps b/c they had fresh new business to work and absorb free vials in already producing accounts. They still have not had to work the tough accounts. Not to mention, they fast tracked to the bonus pay outs and got an extra $15,000 on top of their would be pay out. Good for our colleagues. We support them. Bad for us who get screwed. Any of us would take the accounts and be happy, but the majority have been hurt and completely forgotten.

We need to create our own list of what territories were dissolved and who is benefitting. Heck, let's make our own fair presidents club trip. Where should we go? Group 7 day cruise?????

If you can't get hired because your ranking is a little lower than it "should be", then you are a complete moron.
