My physicians really appreciate it when I bring my manager in their offices. They view him as an additional resource which means I am providing value on every call. Patients also appreciate seeing two "suits" enter the waiting room. They clearly see us as part of the solution to the challenges they are facing. It feels like we are the calvary coming to the rescue. So many new tools we have that we alone can deliver.

Yes, we noted that we bring even more value with our local team when we make joint calls. Sometimes we schedule RFMs with Primary Care, Vaccine and Women's Health. We encourage CTLs and in some occasions, DCOs to join. We have also included Product Management on some of our events. Customers love it. They see enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. The information exchange and engagement is optimized. Our local team has been recognized for Team Collaboration and our customers ask us to reschedule similar events. Truly a Win-Win as we deliver a positive customer experience.
