Could someone shed light for an outsider as to why there are so many FRM positions posted? Is J&J creating their own FRM division rather than using a third party or is there mass expansion? Thanks in advance.
Salary ranges for FRM jobs have been increased however not with industry standard of Gilead, Novartis, Amgen. Range for an experienced FRM is 170-210K with 20-25% bonus. FRM Director is 220-260K. Heard there is a delay in hiring.

JNJ will most likely hire FRM with experience. They won’t hire Sales people going into this role. Can anyone share any insight on how to transition from a rep to a FRM?
So as an experienced FRM, I could at least get the 190K but I also leave about $12,000 on the table for my bonus for Q1, would JNJ pay me a sign on bonus to cover this?Salary ranges for FRM jobs have been increased however not with industry standard of Gilead, Novartis, Amgen. Get on a contract role w syneos, McKesson .cencura, Mercalis…low pay than a direct hire FRM but it gets you in the game w the title. Get on LinkedIn. A year from now, you’ll be more marketable. Not as competitive to get in…back doorAny advice for someone who is looking to get into a FRM and/or FRS role that comes from a claims reimbursement background (not necessarily drug reimbursement but other medical billing/reimbursement/CMS regulations/fee schedules, etc.)? Wondering if someone like myself might have somewhat of a chance of transitioning into this type of role.
How can one get started with my current 20+ years of medical/claims reimbursement experience?
Agree with this. You don’t want to work here! The KPIs are horrendous! The leadership have no clue about taking the FRM position in-house. People who started this spring are already starting to interview for other companies. I thought people really like working for JNJ but the FRMs brought on earlier this year are not happy! Remember, we are NOT sales people!
