Field Reimbursement Jobs

Thank you for the training info. Does anyone know where the live training will take place? Not that it matters but always nice to know. Will we go through product training as well?

I realize after reading the posts that the interviews have occurred and offers have been put out but can someone answer me a few questions about this job? If it’s not a sales job- I’m assuming you call on specific accounts as the reimbursement manager. Meaning are you given a target list and you just go there. Is it sales rep driven? Is this a home office based job? Or are there many territories in various states?? And if there are many territories do you still get a car to go to and from appointments? Are you in the field often? Or is it mostly just follow up calls and traveling to accounts that have specific needs. I’m very interested in learning more but didn’t see a lot of info on the inventiv website. Thank you for the info.

This is a field educational/collaborative role. It’s a mix of reactive and proactive in terms of your approach. You are working with Field Sales and the managed care team to help pull through prescriptions for a biological specialty pharmacy product. You respond to issues and questions reactively and educate accounts proactively in the field. Just like Sales, some of these roles offer a company car and some offer car allowance. This particular one is car allowance.

Where is live training? It’s a week correct? Never been on a contract before but curious about when we get specific territory details. In my time waiting to start I’d like to look into who is in the area..... but I’m guessing we won’t have that info till we start. I have so many questions. Does anyone have any additional insight to share
