You should all be fired. There is literally zero reasons for all these district managers who are spending money on hotels and entertaining their side piece while pretending to do what? Make sure someone can dial the phone? Send an email? “Engage” the customer in a Zoom meeting? This has to be the most fucked up industry in the world.

Studies have shown(in many industries) that if you bring an arrogant, in your face manager on sales calls and thoroughly piss off the customer…..it will lead to increases in market share. Managers should be in the field more often. A RBD should work with each rep once a month and VP of Sales with each rep once per quarter. Sky’s the limit! Make’n money!

Zero reason for any of you people to exist outside of cosmetic and aesthetic products. We make the medicines, they save lives. The doctors know this, and will prescribe it whether or not a used car salesman walks in the door. Lucky for you there are still weasels all the way at the top to convince the board of this. BMS would sell just as many drugs with no sales staff.
