Bunch of used car salesman that make our industry look bad.
50% increase in sales reps was not the right call. Should’ve been a staggered ramp up in areas where reps were needed most. Now we will have additional pressure and higher sales goals/percentage growth to pay for the additional head count. Expect to see this additional cost eating into bonus comp payouts.
Im out pacing them 3 to 1 ez, in a very mediocre performing territory. Bid, Bid, Bid!I honestly thought Austedo would be an easy drug to outsell. Austedo is doing well in my territory. Seems like docs will switch quickly because of the somnolence too. Anybody else have these issues? No need to mock me "learn how to sell" etc., Ive been doing this 15 years.

Depression and Suicidality, in this pt population, r u kidding. Remember, only Vat mat 2, u remember the rest. Seriously say it on every call. They barely deserve the scraps they are getting.
