Well first of all it means your calls have no impact which is a huge problem because it shows that your skills need improvement. Do you see how this all ties in? Logging in calls and not having impact is a clear way to show you don't have the skills to do the job and it is easier to get rid of you. So you better start making sales with all of those calls or else.
