FDE offers



















I just called Lilly care too, to check status of my background check and was told they hadnt made their selections yet and their system had not been updated with that information yet, and she doesnt have access to that information?!
 












Lilly told me that they did not have access to information about the FDE diabetic positions today, also. I dont understand why some people are able to get information and when I call they act like they dont know anything! Its crazy! Do you think this is due to me not being in the running for the position? Are you calling another number than Lilly HR?
 






I'm calling the number they gave me with the consumer release email. I'm beginning to get worried too. Not sure, cause when I talked to her today she said they hadn't uploaded the information in their system, so I wonder if they mean the company performing the background check hasnt given all their results to Lilly hr yet?! But some people said they know that their background check is complete. They're so confusing, making me a little concerned!
 






When I spoke with Lilly care today from the number that was given to me with my consumer release, they had indicated that everything was received and complete on their end. My background check was complete, they have all of my data and all of my stuff is compete and up to date. She then went to say that I should hear something by the end of the week. They have access to all of my stuff, I am not sure as to why they wouldn't tell you about your process

You can find out if your background check is complete by calling the comany that runs it (verifications inc) the number is on the consumer release form. If you ask them they will tell you and you can also order a copy for yourself!
 






I just spoke to Lilly care, and they didn't know why they couldn't give me information on my background check either. She said it may be because I didnt get my request email until the 17th and it's just not complete yet. She did say they should be contactingus this week though about offers.
 
























On the consumer release, is a direct contact for each candidate to call to get information on their status. I called last Wednesday and Lilly informed me that offers will be out early this week by email.
 






I was notified the same. I juse hope that the email comes sooner this week rather than later. I was told that they should go out by the end of the week, if there are any delay's of course it could be later im sure. The anticipation is really killing me!
 






It's sad to see so much hope...for those that are getting background checks for the diabetes positions about 80% of these positions are going to be filled internally. That means...only 20% of those getting background checks will receive job offers. Thanks for Applying!!!

Why would the FT employees apply for the FDE positions?

Why in the world would a full time employee take an FDE position. I call BS on this post.
