Yes, there are a few things in life that are as exhilarating as excreting a large bowel movement after being plugged up for sometime. Unless you’ve been there, you really can’t appreciate this, and probably think of this as a joke, it is not a joke.

for gods sake are you serious? maybe stop taking drugs, try eating healthy, use an enema, the idea of drugs that make taking opioids chronically easier is ridiculous, short of cancer patients no one need this, oh wait we didn’t want to study it in cancer did we? no we actually ran an embarrassing ad on the Super Bowl, boy what pride
