F2F GSK contract

Recruiter 'interview' is just a basic quick screen.. Are you able to work in the USA? Have valid D/L with no recent issues? Have any experience? what'd you sell? Recruiter weeds out a few, then shoots a pool of names to hiring DMs who then decide who'd they like to interview (weeding more out without even having to make call).. so Recruiter gets 100 names, talks to 20, sends in 12, hiring DMs talk to 6, F2F 4, hire 1 ,

You are a motherfucking genius! No one else is able to explain the blatantly obvious and well known like your pompous ass! Please tell us more about what we already know fuckface! Douche.

I am interviewing later in the week. Will those of you who interview earlier share your thoughts on the process? Since we aren't directly competing I hope you don't mind helping out.

I was told 3 candidates are sent to f2f for each territory. One finalist is chosen and meets with RD. If all goes well, finalist will get verbal commitment from recruiter but offers won't go out until after approval and possibly not until candidates have been chosen for all territories.

What happens if you are the rep chosen to move on to interview with the RD and you decide you don't want the job? Seems like they should send more than one candidate to the RD. An interview is just as much about a rep choosing to work for the company as it is the company choosing the rep. I have a plane ticket for my interview next week and I'm certainly not 100% that I would take the job if offered.

1 candidate was chosen to be moved forward for same day/evening interview with rm. offers should go out after 15th. Some territories none of 3 candidates were moved to final interview.
Everyone was very nice and professional. No questions about the drug. No detailing.
