Expansion?

I interviewed with a newly hired Mgr in the Midwest/ southeast and the entry level questions she asked were embarrassing for a Mgr with experience and a rep interviewing with 15 years industry experience. How many lunches will you do in a week? Kinda depends on access and accounts- duh! But obviously as many as o can schedule. How will schedule your routing? The territory is incredibly small! It was such pointless questions- it’s seems as though your mgmt is very micro managing and lacks experience. It’s no wonder the company is a disaster.
Those are perfect questions for a rep interview. They cover all of the skills that your job requires.

For an entry level rep job, they are. The assumption is that ITCI is looking for experienced/seasoned reps. Asking questions pertaining to metrics just shows the entire world that what’s being said on this site (and others) is true.
Like others have said, if you’ve got a job you should stay put. This place isn’t worth it, especially if you land one of these shit bag managers.
