Expansion?

Thanks for the info. I was just contacted by PrincetonONE also to schedule my initial phone assessment. Can you expand on the $45k sign on? or were you being sarcastic. I also was wondering how many reps that are interviewing now can hold off being employed until January or February. Thx.

We have to actually get the product approved in order to hire you. It is not looking good, so don’t quit your job.

Target bonus is 45k. No way in hell any rep is going to get a 45k sign on. Depending on if you’re coming from a company with a fleet vehicle you can get a sign on for a down payment on a vehicle plus possibly to make right Any Stock you’d be giving up by leaving current company. Going to be a fraction of 45k though

Lick my balls. I got plan bonus of $51K for last 12 consecutive quarters.

Right. The target bonus is 45K. The other person was confused thinking they could get a 45K sign on bonus. They were not listening. Not sure how attainable the 45K will be.

Check around with existing reps and check out how close they got to $45k. Be sure to ask about the “best is ass” quota setting and incentive comp plan

just what the market needs, an AD that is an opiod receptor aganist, good luck selling that if it even gets approved. Their best product is Vivitrol and it has been painfully slow adoption by addiction docs despite the "opiod epidemic". Good old P1 will screw things up like they always do, complete idiots who know shit about CNS.o_Oo_O
I think you mean opioid and the other word is agonist not opiod and aganist! Good lord, what kind of training program do you have there? I can see why many pharma companies want a science background! SMDH!

The recruiter went over the 45k sign on “bonus”several times as I was also confused. I asked about comp plan and structure. He said that one hasn’t been developed. I asked about the sign on and if its company acknowledgement that we wouldn’t make any bonus for 19. he confirmed it was in one sum.
I’m just the messenger, trying to figure out the specifics
I will let y’all know when I meet the manager in October.....
There’s enough of these spots to go around the nation....

Ok, suppose your correct. You didn’t answer how the target bonus was created with out a compensation plan developed at this time. Maybe recruiters are all saying different things. It is a fishing expedition right now. Put it on back burner and focus on great opportunities out there right now!!

Thanks much for the info. Actually making sense if they want to retain their hires until Feb 2019. It's an operating expense to them. Ok, fingers crossed for my phone interview.

They wanted to know what your salary expectations were, but did state 45k. Bonus plan.
Recruiter told me you get a choice of company car or allowance.
Territory maps weren't available yet
A few star questions asked. Nothing major. They wanted precise rankings throughout the years and a few KOL names.
It's for both 5461 and Aristada. FDA approval Hope's on jan 31. With mid February 2019 start date.
Next stage phone interviews in early oct. Face-face ongoing through November and Dec.

same as above but I was asjed a strange question.
I was asked if I had ever been involved in the process of the patient trying to get prior approvals and step edits. I told them no but that I am involved in the managed care criteria of whether or product is on formulary or not. This was definately a compliance question and possibly weeding you out if you answered yes. Thoughts on this anyone?

correction:
I only give the office managed care handouts showing if my products are covered on specifiv plans according to plan criteria is the only involvement I have

I was asked that too.

Maybe a rep would answer that if they used to be involved in field reimbursement at one point? Or some companies have patients that are consented with them for help with managed care. I may be naive, but I guess I don't understand how your typical rep would have direct involvement with a PA anyway.

I was asked a similar question but it was more like " have you assisted customers to navigate the PA, step edit process". Obviously this is part of our jobs and if you didn't answer yes, then too bad for you.

Once can educate customers about managed care and help them with the obstacles involved without doing non-compliant selling.
