morale is low. No samples, call metrics are creeping in and quota’s are insane. Whatever positive lift we got from Mark S getting the boot is over now and we are back to reality. It’s now in the hands of AK to lead us to the promised land. Why do I feel like I am a passenger on the Titanic and instead of watching for icebergs he is standing in line for an autograph from Tom Brady?
 












this is what a lack of leadership looks like folks, particularly on the Aristada side. A pack of raging #unts are empowered to take men out on a whim with an HR and Legal team who are afraid to put them in check. Mumbles is a disaster and hasn’t led in years although they have the title of VP. The smartest man is leaving the building soon and the new gent from Astellas is trying to right the ship . Quotas are unrealistic and have been since day 1. Maybe INITIO will help but micromanaging by dictating where samples need to be left is not the answer and will drive the best away. What looked like a great opportunity 4 or so years ago is beginning to disapoint not only Wall Street but employees. Options for most are underwater. But I still love it here!

Did you find out if any offers will be contingent on the drug getting approved? I've heard the chances of the drug getting approved this go round is less than 50-50. Marginal efficacy studies and no long term potential abuse studies. Not sure FDA will approve an opioid in the middle of a opioid epidemic with marginal efficacy and no long term abuse potential data. Think about it.
 












It appears that they are just testing the water to see how much it will cost to land some reps.
I seriously doubt that anyone who was 'interviewed' will ever be hired.
They are just talent fishing.
 












My phone screen in late August was a little more specific. The recruiter was very clear about understanding my range and my total comp. I gave 130-140 range for base and he didn't have any concern with that. He did ask if i would be satisfied with a 45K sign on and my base salary for 2019 being in the range I expected.
He had no information on comp plan for 2019 or if they had made one yet. I suppose thats what the sign on bonus is related too. I agree, they are completely testing the market to get some pay ranges. There would be 4-5 more interviews and obviously no one is going to wait around for the magic show to start. They know that people available today will most likely be unavailable in January.
He also wanted to know specific docs names, offices I had relationships with. So be prepared for a big investigation if someone calls you from PrincetonOne. Know exactly what you want for comp and be ready to give a few contacts in area to him.

Their best product is Vivitrol and it has been painfully slow adoption by addiction docs despite the "opiod epidemic".
