I've been with Shire almost a year and have loved working here so far. The base, however, is not 120,000 and there are more than 220 reps. Some territories have overlays. I have an overlay and we work great together. The bonus plan is solid. Lots of negative things said about leadership on CP but I disagree.

True. Right now our fearless, narcissistic leader is staying up all hours of the night studying spreadsheets, dissecting emails and interrogating ZDs in search of the next expense to whack. That POS will keep going until the entire sales team starts paying Shire for the right to work here.

They really don't care, and new hires cost less. They've succeeded in changing the culture from fans of Shire to "just a job." Works until they need performance.
