Expansion Territory Reps

What is training timeline? 1 week home study. One week new jersey? Looks like sales reps at Amarin are happy overall. Good culture. Little or no micromanagement? What is call per day expectation. Crm tool?
 






Who said they don't micromanage? It's going to get worse because they are hiring way more mgrs who will have only 5-6 reps. Management wants mgrs in the field pushing reps with new indication. My guess is they want market share to grow fast and then they will sell. Rumors are constantly going around about the company selling so it's only a matter of time. Most of us don't complain because we are making money and have a job.

it should be an easy sell compared to most pharma jobs.

so, just organize your routing, do as many lunches to document you are out there working, have a written plan of action showing what you are doing, and just yes sir or madam to your boss, and you are fine.

and for crying out loud, save every penny, because pharma is so dam wishy washy, and you could lose the gig any day.

finally, don't trust your co workers, and act like everything is going so dam great.

if you need to vent, then go to the gym or go for a walk or have a fruit cup.
 






Wow that last response to this post is totally spot on! A real rep that gets it! Thanks for posting it is 100 percent the attitude to have. I have a phone screen Monday and like a previous poster my experience is over 20 years, extensive cardio background. The low base does not bother me because the reps I've talked to make it up in bonus. Granted the baseline/goals will go way up, especially if they get the new indication in September. But its a job and I only need a few more years.
 




















































































Has everything stalled out due to new manager training this week? Was told last week I was getting f2f . For claiming to have a sense of urgency, they sure don't act like it. No word back. Anyone else same situation?
