The postings have been up for weeks. It's obnoxious really. Amarin, Taylor AND Syneous are ALL constantly posting the SAME openings all over the country.

anyone get contacted yet? When are interviews scheduled to commence? Start date??

It was a super quick process. Applied last week, phone interview Monday, face to face Tuesday, phone interview with RSM Wednesday and offer went out Wednesday night. Start date 8/12.

I've known several that have already been hired. If you havent been called yet, that could mean the position is already filled or they havent started on your particular territory yet.

To the reps that have already had the face to face?? Are you in the SouthEast or what part of the country? Also- any advice for the face to face? What type of questions?? Thank you for the help.:)

F2F was very basic, about teamwork, then how do you handle rejection/ with formulary and no see offices
How do you organize your territory

I had a phone screen with TSP scheduled for 8/1. They called and moved it up a day to Wednesday-said they were moving super fast and I would probably hear from hiring manager by yesterday. I heard nothing. Called TSP today and they said the HM went with someone else. The HM probably already had someone picked out and the recruiter just had to check the box of “screening” a certain number of people..also-have too much experience (15 years) for what the salary range is....Very annoying though-why not tell me that? No reason I shouldn’t have at least made it to the phone interview with the HM if $$ isn’t the reason and she didn’t already have someone on her radar.

Could be that your are a 'diversity hire'. They have to screen, interview and pretend to be interested for the sake of legal. Some companies (GSK, etc) have to have 1: young, old, gay, straight, black, white, Asian, married, single, experience in field and out, someone from within company... No joke. We used to laugh about our 'diversity'. Sadly, 15 yrs + is now against us. You cost too much & probably can't be manipulated & forced to work around the clock... Plus, you'd better be fit.

I got a verbal offer when interviewing with the RD. There is no simulation, but it was mentioned that they might do one after 90 days. I'm doing the on boarding now and I start 8/19 because I'm on vacation next week. I was told that starting 8/12 is wave 1 training and the following week is wave 2 training. etc. They want all reps in place & trained by Sept 1st. Most territories are filled. I know they want people with little pharma experience, but I have 22+ years and I got hired. Hope this helps.
