Expansion sales force

Terrible was to treat the teams. Not sure why this is even legal to create hundreds of jobs and yet find a way to layoff a select few.

Majority of the company didn’t make bonus this year. Then brilliant to have a kicker for wow $800 to $2000? Money is money but maybe just maybe pay the team their actual quarterly bonus instead of stashing it away.

Why is there a new team? Is that product going to launch as successfully as Oncoextra and Riskgaurd? So the plan is to blow money on 120 people expansion then wait and see what happens or of doctors even want or need this MRD product at all?

Meanwhile back in customer service we have blown relationships with providers and can’t update a phone number or address in less than 48-72 hours or figure out billing. Tableau is the doom of this division. Pay for the right software Jim.

Maybe the overpopulated division of Directors will come up with some more brilliant plans at their next fun run or golf game
